Ankit Rayan Simon is a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Mahindra & Mahindra, with a strong technical background in software engineering. He is currently pursuing his MBA in HR from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. Prior to his MBA, Ankit completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar. He worked as a software engineer at First American India Private Limited, where he primarily worked as a back-end service engineer, creating new modules that focused on integrating partner banks with their remittance platform. He has expertise in Dot Net Framework, C#, and SQL. Ankit's technical expertise combined with his management capabilities makes him an asset to any dynamic organization. He believes in utilizing his technical skills to enhance his management capabilities and vice versa. Ankit has worked as a summer intern with ICICI Bank's Human Resource Management Group, where he helped build a new targeted L&D program for frontline sales agents. He also served as a Senior Executive Member of the Corporate Relations & Placement Committee at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. Ankit's education history includes an MBA in HR from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Silchar.
